Oak Song LLC is a privately held real estate management and investment company operating across three integrated lines of business: commercial and industrial real estate management, interior and property improvement services, and direct investment management.

Oak Song provides investment capital and active management services to affiliated entities under common principal ownership that hold portfolios of industrial and commercial assets across North Carolina and Arkansas — while independently acquiring and managing its own real property investments.

All intercompany management arrangements are conducted at arm's-length terms and documented pursuant to written Management Services Agreements.
